Review on Efficient and Durable 100 Pack of 15X1 HAX1 Home Sewing Machine Needles - Size #75/11 by Karla Richter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good needles, good price.

Ordered these this winter and waited until I had enough to actually look through. So far I've been very happy with it. I like efficient, efficient and easy to store packaging. It requires no additional materials or storage space and helps maintain needle quality and performance. I ordered HAX1, 130/705H, 15x1. Sizes: 75/11 and 100/16. In fact, they appear to be sharp (not universal or spherical). That was the difficult aspect of choosing/buying. I join the chorus of frustrated seamstresses as it would be very helpful for organ needle manufacturers and their dealers to clarify more clearly the type of needle in different machine needles. Giving any meaning to the alleged code-breaking information was ridiculously vague and vague (overlaid with the false information offered by various other parties). Even after linking to the company's own website, it felt like bullshit to place an order! Both sizes perform their intended function in a variety of sewing and quilting applications with excellent results. 75/11 gets along with 50 connecting threads on my machines like they were made for each other. Size 100/16 has a size 40 from Coats & Clark quilted on two very different machines. I am pleased that after several needle changes; (Sewing primarily muslin, shirts, light to medium weight cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and layered flannel or batting). never exceed. So far: These organ needles have features, quality and value that could keep me loyal to them for decades to come. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others
