Review on People Analytics by Doug Hawkins

The best thing about people analytics was its ease of use and also it's customization feature which helped me in creating my own dashboards for reports as per requirement with minimum effort. I have used this tool since last one year but i never faced any issue while using it. It has all required features like reporting options, data visualization etc. Nothing much at first sight because there are many other tools available out there who provide same or more than what you can get here. If your looking for an easy-to-use dashboard then go ahead otherwise try some others too before making up mind. We were solving problems related to employee retention rate analysis.
