I ordered this item and was excited to use it on my little Chihuahua. According to the pictures as well as the information sheet that accompanies the product, there should be a small clasp so you can clip onto the dog's harness or collar. I received the item for the first time without a clasp, just exchanged it and sent a new one. The second came today. WITHOUT LOCK. The instructions say the cap should be checked before use, so I can only assume it is to be kept with the product for security reasons. I will return the product to the sender and will not buy anything from their company in the future. Once I understand that mistakes happen, but the second time is uncomfortable. Save time, money and patience. Find another harness/sling from another retailer.
