I took it out of the box and attached the base when the screws came loose. Tried with other screws and in the end it worked. Not sure how long that will take. Enough small problems. This monitor exceeded all of my expectations. It is curved and fills my field of vision. It's 35 inches wide, so I can easily open multiple windows to do different tasks. just what i need The picture quality is excellent. Games play across the full width of the monitor, which is really amazing. order again.
