
Chewing Gum is the only toothbrush I've bought since the 1960's when I got it from my dentist. The soft gum bristles are small enough to clean between teeth and soft enough to gently remove plaque without damaging your gums. I am now 84 years old and most of my teeth were damaged in childhood by having a sweet tooth. I only lost three. Brush your teeth with chewing gum for two minutes after eating as often as possible. You don't have to be perfect.
