The brand identity is fantastic! It can be difficult to find great designers who are also capable of communicating your vision across all facets (branding + digital). I was able to work directly w/my team at Vertical for over 2 years so there could always have been room improvements - but it's still one of my favorite partners overall as well!! Our new website has made an incredible impact in how we're perceived online & within our community / customers- which ultimately helps sales growth by being more visible than ever before.- increased customer engagement through social media platform integration.
