It is an easy software; it does what its says! I am generating contacts within minutes of uploading my database from LinkedIn (which was never done before). The reports generated in real time are very useful as well when analyzing data collected over few days / weeks/ months period which help me make decisions faster about future campaigns activities etc.. This also helps us monitor our ROIs by comparing results between different types & sources of new opportunities gathered throughout these years using this tool.- No major downsides so far- Some minor limitations related mostly to how user friendly can be sometimes compared w others like OutStream but still manageable - We were lacking quick way at least once per week gathering contact names that could actually become clients after some qualifying process. The best thing about this software is that it's free! There are no hidden costs like other paid services out there - you get everything you need without paying anything extra. It does take some time getting used to but once your familiarised then its very easy to use. I can't think of any downsides at present as we're still in our testing phase. We've been able to generate more than 500 new contacts per day which has helped us grow our database exponentially since using this service.
