Does what it's supposed to do. There are three pairs of ties at the top to tie around the changing table bar or the side of the cot, etc. When I took it out of the box it smelled like chemicals. However, after running the washing machine, I found that it had improved a lot. I can fit 3 large stacks of size 2 diapers side by side in this item. Not bad. One concern I would have is that the weight of the diapers will eventually cause the knots I tied around the crib rail to come undone. Although dressing should be easy. slides a little lower. I think I might try a triple knot instead of a double knot. The color is pleasant, the material seems to be good - it corresponds to the picture. It's great for what I paid. I just wasn't interested in investing a lot of money in a diaper holder.
