Radenso XP Radar and Laser Detector with GPS Lock and Red Light Voice Alerts/Speed Camera OK. I don't usually write product reviews on Revain because I'm usually too busy, don't feel like typing, or the product generally works as I expect it to. Let's get to this week. I triggered the Radenso XP radar and laser detector for my new M3. brainwashed into believing it's an illegal product when it's not a V1 or Escort. This is a blatant lie. After constantly struggling with false laser warnings in my new BMW with V1 and Escort 360 Max I decided that I would either (A) live without a radar detector as the amount of FALSE warnings I was getting resulted in me ignoring all warnings who might come with them almost ignored. or (B) I am trying something new. After a lot of research and visiting forums (Vortex, Bimmerpost, etc.) I decided to try Radenso XP and Pro-M. In fact, I had a couple of friends who both loved their XP and Pro-M, so I was able to borrow them for a week each to see if the Radenso lived up to its 'world's quietest radar detector' hype." Guess what. I'm a believer. Both XP and Pro-M were so quiet I often had to check they were on. And when a real threat emerged, the range in both was excellent. Best of All,NOT A SINGLE LYING LASER WARNING!The Pro-M is more expensive now but also has a longer range. But hey I'm not a fan of radar and haven't analyzed the distance in meters it will detect vs. XP.I was just thankful that they worked. Actually both worked fine. The XP was a bit larger and didn't have as much reach as the Pro-M, but I liked its design and the fact that the keys were a little bigger and further apart were, and I found them easier to press. I had to make a difficult life decision: choose XP or Pro-M. For myself, I made a decision mainly based on the practicality, functionality and cost of the device. all those boxes ticked. I also decided to order a Blendmount for the Radenso XP and the unit was hardwired to my machine at FyneTuned in Cincinnati, which handles many of the professional Radenso rigs (including the RC-M with ALP). In the end I couldn't. I am very happy with my purchase and a big thank you to the Radenso team who have created an amazing product with incredible false alarm blocking algorithms that really make sure all false alarms are blocked via GPS and you won't hear them again. Both my Escort and V1 always gave a false positive (sometimes even with GPS blocked on the Escort), the Radenso worked perfectly. When in doubt, do yourself a favor and order Radenso, you won't regret it.
