Northern Indiana had two days of 3.5 inches of rain in January this year, so of course that was the perfect time for the float switch on our drain pump to fail. It wasn't as bad as it could have been, but we did have a wet carpet in our finished basement and bedroom. Thank goodness it was only 3-4 feet from the rooms and just around the outside walls. Ten days, five fans, and a dehumidifier later, we had a pretty rough carpet around the edges. I really wish I could have remembered to take some shots but this stuff worked so well! The carpet looks and smells fresh and clean! I'm glad I took the risk and bought it. The only thing I would have liked for the powder container was a shaker. I had an empty parmesan cheese container and just poured in the powder as needed. A+
