I was a bit hesitant when I received it. I didn't think they would be of good quality because the packaging was so plain and tasteless. The instructions were tiny, just a small sheet with a few tips. man was I surprised! I read the instructions, put the batteries in and recorded my voice. I have to admit I was blown away by the sound quality. It was actually very good! Doc the Dood seems to have quickly figured out how they work. We hold one by the door so he knows it's the GO button and I put the other one by my chair so he can ask for a treat. He doesn't abuse her, which means he doesn't ask for a walk if he doesn't need to go outside. He doesn't hit the treat button a thousand times. I am hooked and will be buying many, many more times. This is a great tool to help your dog communicate with you.
