Just so you know, it's not real wood so you might not want to buy it if your house is full of small children. . Mine have all grown up so I can finally buy furniture that doesn't need to be explosion proof. I thought this block was lighter than it is and almost sent it back as I thought it was too dark. But my husband liked it and it grew on me. It's quite big and many things fit on the bottom shelf. A really big part for the price. BUT, like I said, it's not bombproof, so consider investing in some coasters!
