I've tried other electric toothbrushes that rotate and FINALLY he's doing fine with the toothbrush but he's been biting it to stop the brush from rotating etc. I saw this children's ultrasonic toothbrush and decided to try it. THE FIRST time the child QUIETLY lay down and let me brush each tooth. Now he LOVES brushing his teeth, no longer biting the brush or crying. I wish I had known about this toothbrush a while ago because I would have bought it a long time ago. It has a USB-C charger so kids can easily plug it in themselves. There is a 30 second timer. it will go out and after 2 minutes the brush will turn off AUTOMATICALLY. This is genius! There is high speed and even higher speed. My toddler loves both speeds so I don't worry about which one he uses as long as he lets us brush his teeth. He LOVES it SO MUCH that he even brushes his teeth (we let him brush and then touch up or we brush first and he does afterwards). EXCELLENT brush. I would buy it again.
