Review on BECKARNLEY 039 6637 Filter Housing Gasket by Chuck Derrick

I had a bad experience with this gasket - I followed BMW repair protocols when installing this gasket. I applied the correct torque etc - after a few weeks the gasket could leak profusely - to the point of flooding the alternator, soaking my hoses and "oiling" my V-belt. and the fun wasn't over yet. slipped off the pulleys, was sucked into the harmonic balancer and punctured the front main seal. I advise against using this pad.
