Horrible Experience Receiving Customer Service

I made the mistake of placing an order with iMangoo, and I must say that I was really dissatisfied with the level of customer care that I received. First of all, it took a lot longer than I had anticipated for my order to arrive, and when it did, the product that I had ordered was flawed. When I tried to contact the customer support team at iMangoo, they were unhelpful and unresponsive, and it took several efforts before I even received a response from them. When I did finally receive a response, I was given the runaround and continuously forwarded to other people who were uninterested in assisting me. When I did finally get a response, I was given the runaround and constantly redirected to new representatives. I finally quit trying after several weeks of being annoyed and wasting time, and I had to look elsewhere to get a replacement product. My experience with iMangoo's poor customer service and lack of responsibility for the quality of their defective items has left me with a foul taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend the company to anyone.
