This guitar arrived broken. He didn't intervene. Description on profile says they are slightly worn but not damaged. I needed a proper screwdriver to open it. Thought maybe I could clean the contacts and get it working again. The board was fried when I opened it. Charred, black, and when it turned on I noticed it started to smell like something on fire. The wires connected to the board looked like they were glued on. Someone clearly tried to fix it once and did a terrible job. I returned it immediately. I received a message that my return was accepted, but I haven't seen the return yet. If there was no no star option I would choose it. I hope to eventually get my money back but I wouldn't trust this company if I were you. (Update) I got my money back for this time waster purchase.
