Review on VirtualSpirits by Michael Powell

The best thing about VirtualSpirits is that we had never used a chat solution before. We are so used to the old way of doing things and it was great to be able to switch to a live chat option. So we didn't know what to expect. It was a bit daunting at first but their team were amazing and explained everything we needed to know to start using the service. Honestly, I have no dislike. I do have a couple things I'd like to see changed but I don't have any problems with the service itself. We've only used it in a couple of days but it seems to be a very intuitive and easy system. We've really seen an increase in users and enquiries since using virtual spirits. I liked their Live Chat feature, it was very helpful for our business as we could interact with potential clients without them knowing they were being contacted by us! The only downside is there wasn't any specific features that stood out apart from all of those mentioned above but overall a good product. We use this service in order to help get more traffic through website which then converts better than other methods such as advertising etc.
