Review on Flash Furniture HERCULES Intensive Executive Furniture by Amy Meurer

Bought this chair 18 months ago. I'm a 6'2 ex-ball player and the chair fits me. Before you buy, you should know that this chair is rated at 500 pounds but is only guaranteed for a 250 pound user. Flash should change the description. One of the welds on my chair broke in the wheel insertion hole, not the whole chair. The rest of the chair held up, but it's not the right place for 8-9 hours a day. I get tired and anxious in it after about 4 hours. The leather on the armrests is starting to deteriorate, otherwise everything is fine. I have contacted the warranty department to get a replacement part or a new chair. But I've exceeded the 250 weight limit for the warranty, so I'm awaiting their response. ALONE, THE GIRL ON THE PHONE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. THIS CHAIR IS NEVER WARRANTY. It just takes any suggestions to shut me up. DO NOT BUY FROM FLASH! DISPUTING MY AMAZON PURCHASE AND ASKING AMAZON TO STOP SELLING ITS PRODUCTS.
