This was a fantastic purchase. I'm an IT pro and all I needed was something with a DVD, plenty of USB ports, a fast hard drive (aka SSD), a decent amount of RAM, and Windows 10 Pro. That's great! I was very surprised at how quickly it works. I forgot how much faster desktop and desktop PCs are compared to the laptops they replaced. It reminded me why I always had a permanent desktop at home and this one fitted the bill! I was looking to buy a new desktop for around $900-$1200 but wanted to see if a refurbished business class desktop would meet my needs and actually exceed my expectations. The device was very clean, very few scratches but more importantly works great. It loads in seconds and the performance goes beyond what I need. I am not a gamer and this device is not designed for this type of use, so I cannot comment on a graphics card for this type of use, but for streaming, office applications, etc. it is superior to the requirements. I wasn't bothered by the looks as I know it's from an office environment and may have been dented. Appearance has nothing to do with how well the device works, but the device was extremely clean with very few scratches. What matters is how it works and the money is well spent. I had a small noisy fan and they sent me a new one for free and very quickly. Your support has been amazing for a refurbished product. Highly recommended.
