Ok I was very happy to find them as Sony was very particular about their cheap price. Of course, before receiving it, I charged them. A few days later you get an email from Heron saying you need to reset it and let it charge for 1-2 hours for optimal performance. So I turned off the game and did what the instructions said. These villains still won't press charges. I emailed the same people who emailed me with a what to do first email about the situation and asked for permission. Why did this company email me the same first response as if they hadn't read my email at all? The crazy thing is that I picked them based on the best reviews, thinking I'd get in trouble if I went cheaper. Here I am with a problem and automatic replies.
