I bought the fire opal. I was disappointed with the results when used as directed - it did little to boost my colour. I had a lot of fading to golden tones around my face from washing my face. Instead, I now shampoo and rinse my hair, roughly dry it, then apply a color conditioner, cover with a shower cap and let it sit for 15 minutes. Huge difference! After rinsing, I immediately add a leave-in conditioner as it can be a bit drying. This brings me back to my original color, even a little darker. About 2 tones difference.
