I am very satisfied with this product. I was skeptical but for the price I gave it a try. I read in another review that it doesn't wash off easily, so I started with a few streaks on top and applied thicker undercoats to let the color show through. Not only am I happy with the color, the hair looks amazing too! It has a pleasant smell, which is also a big plus. I'll see how the color holds up and gradually add more as needed.

I had big doubts but it works, I only tried the conditioner at first because I haven't received the shampoo yet. I dyed my hair purple at the salon and after 4 washes the purple looked washed out. I bought the fire opal. I was disappointed with the results when used as directed - it did little to boost my colour. I had a lot of fading to golden tones around my face from washing my face. Instead, I now shampoo and rinse my hair, roughly dry it, then apply a color conditioner, cover with a shower cap and let it sit for 15 minutes. Huge difference!
