I was very skeptical after reading this review. But I decided that I would pause before applying the strands and could return if needed! I'm glad I bought! Note: This review is for a coloring product, not a shampoo. I bought fire opal because it was the closest match to my salon color. My copper hair is washed out in 3 weeks (like red hair). I've tried increasing the time between visits with this conditioner. I did a test on a small patch on the back of my head. Followed the directions on the bottle. After 2 (more like 3) minutes my color was completely renewed! The before and after strand test is the image in this review. Fire opal shampoo was darker in color. I am very happy with it. A few notes: 1) Do a strand test! I would never put any of this on my head without knowing what it might do to my particular salon treated head (I look at you guys who have run out of green hair) 2) Be prepared, your shower to wash afterwards! Spots like ab * tch3) do not come on the face. I had some skin irritation from this product (no wonder it's a HAIR COLOR).
