Great improvement over worn out stabilizers

I'm new to collecting mechanical keyboards and prefer the full size hot swappable options which are rare. One of my purchases was a new full size GMMK. The stabilizers are adequate, maybe a little rattling, but definitely nothing that I would notice in everyday use. I had the opportunity to add a used full size finished GMMK to my collection. It had standard Gateron Brown switches. This has resulted in significant cost savings in use. However, this was my first keyboard I've ever used. I wasn't aware of the problems that could arise with regular use as I'm pretty gentle with my technology and don't abuse or force it. A used GMMK had a noticeable rattle in the spacebar and stabilizer keys. It was distracting. The contact of a finger with a key caused a distracting knock. All my other keyboards were new and didn't have this problem. I've been researching changing or replacing keyboards. There are many cheap stabilizers, but my experiments did not give good results. Many modifications require padding between parts to tighten tolerances and provide barriers to direct contact. It required a lot of fine motor skills but didn't bring good results. I opted for a complete replacement as the kits weren't very expensive. The stabilizers are easy to assemble and it was helpful to compare them to the old stabilizers to find the right parts. Once assembled and installed on the board, these stabilizers proved better than any of my other keyboards. I ended up removing the stabilizers from another GMMK with my Zealios 65gs (personal favourite) and replacing it for "daily driving". Needless to say, the product worked perfectly as it quickly became my favorite setup.
