I know there is a larger size, but after modeling I noticed that the mouthpiece itself is very thin. I've used it in grappling and it hasn't been a major problem other than it hurt my gums when I was kickboxing. It wasn't good protection at all, it was probably one of the thinnest mouthpieces I've ever used. I repeated it about 4 times and each time the right side didn't fit the teeth exactly and extended the cutting of the gums and it was just really uncomfortable. returned it and bought another company that was $20 cheaper and MUCH better!
