Review on πŸš€ LEGO Star Wars Wing Starfighter: Rule the Galactic Skies! by Brett Zhu

Great ship, great price.

Bought this for myself as I'm a grown nerd who loves Star Wars, Lego and spaceships but I don't think I can afford to spend a lot of money on large Lego sets . But this kit is great. If you're looking for a Lego spaceship to roam around in space, it's suitable for anyone who doesn't have young children (unlike the larger Lego spaceships, which are too big and sometimes too fragile to fly around enthusiastically ). Room). A house). If you're looking for some nerdy room decoration, this is a great looking A-wing that's proportional to the ship, just like in the movie. As a toy, it also has some interesting properties. The folding landing gear looks neat compared to how the old A-wings sat on tail fins. The spring-loaded missiles are a nifty addition, and the release buttons are well hidden on the finished model (like you know where the buttons are, but they don't look like a massive obvious tab). You can point the guns up and down the sides of the ship, just like in the "real" A-Wing. The minifigures are neat. The pilot's helmet even has a small transparent part that matches the visor of the pilot's helmets in the movies. The non-pilot figure is a nice addition and goes well with some of the other Rebel/Resistance soldiers I have on my 'nerd shelf'. In short, this is a very good Lego A-wing set for a whopping $26. . Despite being smaller and containing fewer pieces than some other Star Wars Lego sets, it seems like you get a lot more 'ships' for your buck than other options. Highly recommended.
