It works great when connected properly. The product comes with no instructions, but the photos in the listing show you need to line up the arrows on the connector with the arrow on the USB-C cable. I have a brand new Corsair case and there is no arrow on the cable. Unfortunately, not only does the USB-C port not work if it's plugged in the wrong way, but your computer won't boot either (no fans, no lights, nothing). Why would they make a reversible connector that would have such disastrous results if misconnected? This is madness. It would be really nice if this product could at least detect this condition and just not work instead of allowing what happens which causes the power to fail to save your computer. But once you flip that silly little plug, it works great!
