Review on ๐Ÿ’… Enhanced Precision: Trim Deluxe Toenail Clipper 1Ct. for Effortless Trimming by Stephanie Adams

Not what it used to be

I've been trying to buy trim nail clippers since the 1960's. Now I will avoid them as they have moved production to China and the quality has dropped. I used to choose the Trim for its cleaner cut compared to other clippers. Now the cut of the nail is full of burrs that I have to file off. I looked at the cut surfaces under a microscope and noticed that the cut edges have grinding imperfections that obviously leave a jagged edge. In addition, the grinding had huge piled up burrs at the ends of the cutting face, leaving a thorn on the edge of the nail cut. All of these failures left ripped edges on nails that snagged on fabrics, mouse pads, etc. that TRIM products had never left before. In fact, I've bought trimmers because they cut very cleanly. Sigh. I think the price drives, the quality takes a back seat. Goodbye Trim after 50 years.
