Nail file was not included

Hair clippers are not the ones ordered and were in the pictures, no box came with it just a pouch, most likely a fake of a real brand I had to spend time on them back.

Pros
  • Hands free

The Revlon opens a little wider than this clipper and is CHEAPER.

Clipper doesn't open WIDE enough for thick, curved toenails. It seems they only designed it for the THICKNESS of the nail, not the CURVATURE of the nail. Anyway, I hate it TOO. On the same day I bought a Revlon Toenail Clipper here at Revain for $2.27. Both are cheap so I bought one of each so I know which one is better. TRUST ME, the $2.27 Revlon clipper is BETTER. but Revlon has TWO main advantages. 1- If you look at both and try both, you will find that the Revlon opens MUCH BIGGER than the…

Why can't everyone work like this?

I tried various brands that I picked up at the grocery store before deciding to order a TRIM clipper. They work great! Sturdy enough and well made. Now I only buy this brand.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Negative Gift

Made in China Suitable for tools and accessories

They used to be made in the USA and were of excellent quality. They are now made in China and cheap. The metal is much thinner and they just don't work. Production is not relocated to China for the sake of quality.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Can I add something

Update March 2020 - No blade, thin metal

Still no blade despite the photo saying so. The metal is also thin and feels cheap. I'm giving it 2 stars because it still "works", but I have a feeling it will only last a very short time.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Not what it used to be

I've been trying to buy trim nail clippers since the 1960's. Now I will avoid them as they have moved production to China and the quality has dropped. I used to choose the Trim for its cleaner cut compared to other clippers. Now the cut of the nail is full of burrs that I have to file off. I looked at the cut surfaces under a microscope and noticed that the cut edges have grinding imperfections that obviously leave a jagged edge. In addition, the grinding had huge piled up burrs at the ends of…

Good quality! and solid!

Best toenail clippers I have ever bought and very cheap! I've spent a lot of money on expensive hair clippers and they were flimsy and didn't work. I finally found one that trims my toenails and is good quality.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Has some nuances

Cheap product, doesn't bother.

I bought this nail clipper specifically because it was supposed to have a hooked nail file. However, there was no such part. There is a small circular notch in the metal where there should be one, so I can only assume there should have been, but mine was defective. It still turned out to be a waste of money.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
