Clipper doesn't open WIDE enough for thick, curved toenails. It seems they only designed it for the THICKNESS of the nail, not the CURVATURE of the nail. Anyway, I hate it TOO. On the same day I bought a Revlon Toenail Clipper here at Revain for $2.27. Both are cheap so I bought one of each so I know which one is better. TRUST ME, the $2.27 Revlon clipper is BETTER. but Revlon has TWO main advantages. 1- If you look at both and try both, you will find that the Revlon opens MUCH BIGGER than the Trim Deluxe Clipper. This made a BIG difference for me when I trimmed my toenails with the clippers. 2- The quality of BOTH these machines is the same, but the Revlon is MUCH cheaper and just as good! Revlon is about 1/3 cheaper. Cut the brand name clippers and it's BETTER because it opens up A LITTLE MORE than you need to adjust your toenails. I bought both here at Revain on the same day in the same order. . I wanted to decide for myself and another hair clipper would not be in vain. So do yourself a favor and pick up a Revlon clipper here at Revain for $2.27.
