Bought this for my mum to walk my two Shih Tzus who never learned to walk on a leash due to having a garden and a very ill mum (me)! Sell the house that breaks my heart! I had no choice but to move into an apartment with my mum so my very damaged puppy mill now refuses (I'm disgusted to know that they would kill this cute dog, not to mention the life she has before me ! ) And her sister has to watch her body on the leash. We love this bag holder! A nice strong waterproof webbing that we attach to the leash handle with a metal carabiner allows for easy insertion of a new roll of bags and the dispenser works well. So happy with this purchase and glad I read the reviews as I assumed I would just buy the plastic but not after all the negative reviews about all the issues people are having with it. This product is highly recommended!
