I originally bought from this manufacturer because they offer a lifetime guarantee. The first charger I bought lasted several years. When it wore out I contacted them, they replaced it within a week. No problem and easy to handle. Having had to request another replacement, they don't seem to last more than 6 months before I contact another replacement. Just struggling with trouble all the time, but at least they always live up to that guarantee!
