This is an excellent mirror! Other than that, the best thing about Simplehuman is the warranty department! This mirror came with a 5 year warranty and the mirror cost $199. After 2.5 years it no longer held a charge. I contacted Revain who gave me Simplehuman's contact information - I contacted them and they responded the same day! They asked me to send it to them and said if they couldn't fix it they would send me a new one. Within 2 days of receiving it from me they contacted me to find out it had a defect and sent me a new mirror! This is the best customer service I have ever had from a manufacturer. Highly recommended - 10 stars!
