Broken on first use
Used to transport my new Polaris RZR and ripped within 25 miles. Now I can't find a way to contact the seller. Update: the seller supports their product, there was a problem with the belt breaking, they replaced it with a new ratchet with no problems, recently the ratchet failed and didn't work and they sent a full replacement.
