No shock at all
So. The "shock" part of this isn't real. I put them on the cx500 (some modifications needed) and there was absolutely ZERO shock absorption. So I put an air chuck in and they were 5psi, I pushed the button and they were at 80. And they behaved exactly the same. However, the roller is adjustable and at least they kept the bike from falling over.
