Very tight but works
I bought this to protect an injured elbow on duty and it works great and stays in place pretty well. but be prepared for how crowded it gets. It's quite difficult to get in and out. I'm honestly surprised. Didn't make my hand go numb. That being said, it has a little elastic band that keeps it in place and gets the job done.
