My daughter attends an outdoor preschool in Minnesota. Bought these to try because I liked how high they sit on my hand and thought the thumb might be smaller than some of the others we have. They had good reviews so I figured why not. The first week of school was warmer so the mittens got very wet and she had to change to a second pair halfway through the three hour session. I threw them in the dryer when we got home and the tabs at the end of the elastic cord came undone on both mittens. Not sure how warm they keep their hands or not as it wasn't very cold yet. The cloth cuffs also collect a lot of snow. Thumbs don't feel much smaller, but also no bigger than other brands we have. Let's see if I can get them back as I'm not impressed.
