"Fast plug and play ", yes, that's right!

shows up as "Unknown USB device" in Windows 10. Attempting to update the drivers does not work. No CD or user manual is included, but scanning the QR code on the box will take you to the ELP website, which has no driver downloads available. There is a "Software" in the "Support" section, but you cannot download the software, only "Request Information".
