Review on iBrightstar 7443 7440 T20 LED Bulbs – Super Bright, Low Power, 9-30V, Projector Replacement for Tail Brake and Turn Signal Lights – Brilliant Red by Patrick Goodrich

Don't repeat my mistake. I bought a set of 7440 LED bulbs that were as bright as the sun, put them in the brake lights, and soon a friendly guy from the traffic police told me I didn't have high beams. What gives? It turns out that the 7440 bulb has one filament and the bulb I replaced was a 7443 with TWO filaments. One for high beam, one for brake light - all in one bulb. Thanks to the fast delivery, I had this set of expensive LED bulbs in no time. Build quality looks good, and there's some aluminum in the construction, presumably for cooling. I put them on, yelled at my wife to step on the brakes and turn on the high beams and everything worked great. They also work regardless of orientation (unlike some LED bulbs). It's been a month with these bad boys and I haven't had any complaints. Happy endings around.
