Installing a 2014 Camry XLE

My Camry has an air duct that runs through the console to the vents on the back of the console that service the rear seat. The air duct runs over the 10-pin connector, so it is not visible without moving the air duct to the side. To do this you will need to remove the plastic clip that attaches the front of the air duct to the back of the air duct. You'll see him about halfway from front to back. Just pull it out and slide the air duct back as far as possible. Then you can move the front thicker part of the channel to the left. Before that you need to remove the storage box under the radio (removing the storage box is easy and shown in one of the videos), after that you can see and work with the air duct and the 10-pin connector. . In my case there was already a plug in the socket with a wire attached to the bottom left pin. I emailed the support number and was told to just unplug the existing one and plug in the one that came with it, which I did and completed the installation. After installation I checked all functions of the radio and dashboard and everything works fine. The video does not make it clear what to do if you have an air duct. I hope it helps. I'm very, very happy with the setup and the camera. I didn't have to remove the radio, cut wires or crimp new wires. You simply plug it into an existing socket. Totally satisfied and the support was GREAT!
