I've used this with a flipped Surface Pro with a flipped laptop screen at a few rehearsals and gigs. She thinks it's very good for the price and I think the technical execution is fine. BUT, it's cheap for anything else with plastic parts holding your tablet or laptop onto the stand. So there are tradeoffs. I'm disappointed with the internal design where the nut on each of the bolt points loosened fairly quickly and the square nut holds them in place so they either can't be tightened or stretched again. If you need something cheap for a few gigs it will do, but I think the design needs tweaking in the long run.
