Review on 🚰 Certified BPA-Free Replacement Dispensers for ZeroWater by Hco Cortes

I've had ZeroWater for years and love it. The price was too good to be true for this 4 replacement filter cartridge option. That should have been my first clue, but I ordered it anyway. I was a little skeptical when the 4 packs arrived in a plain brown unidentified box and not the manufacturers packaging but used the first filter which worked as expected. When it came time to replace another cartridge, I opened the next pack of filters and found that the top was not attached properly and half the charcoal had gotten into the inner sleeve, messing up the cartridge and rendering the filter useless. Opened the third filter and the top didn't fit the bottom properly either, but at least it was usable. Until he just shut up and stopped filtering the water for a week. The allotted return time for this purchase has now expired, so I remain with this unsatisfactory product. (I haven't tried the 4th filter yet) I had to return this pack of 4 filters as soon as they arrived in a plain unmarked brown box. Were these filters defective? restored returned? fakes? I don't know, but they didn't work like any other replacement filters I've ever bought from WalMart or Bed, Bath and Beyond. From now on, the ordered product will be returned if it does not arrive in the original factory packaging. It was a costly mistake.
