We sell used filters like new!

Okay, I like my zero value water filtration system, what I don't like is that it cheats. I bought 2 packs of filters as spares when I need to change the filter. Tonight was that night. When I opened the first sealed bag and opened the blue cap, there was water in it and the filter was wet! I asked my husband if he thought this was normal, he said open another airtight filter so we opened that one too and you know what?! it was dry! So, out of overwhelming curiosity, we tested both filters and…

Don't waste your money on these replacement filters

My advice: don't waste your money on this water pitcher and/or filters. The filter included with the purchase of the jug worked for almost 4 weeks. We ordered this 8 pack and received it mid April and today (29th June 2017) I just installed the 5th filter from this replacement pack. It seems like Zero Technologies is cheating you by putting a good filter in the jug to make you think you are getting a good deal and then the replacement filters are poor quality and only last 2 weeks. DON'T SPEND MONEY

I wish I had read about this company before buying the jug. Everything was fine when I bought it. No problem, the water is delicious. The filter lasted a long time, but at some point it was time to replace it. So, we find out, the filter costs like a new jug. I liked the flavor I got so I bought a scoop and bought replacement filters. Now my water tastes fishy. I googled and found this to be a common problem. Your website is no help. The FAQ says that fish water means the filter is exhausted…

ON AVERAGE, FILTERS ONLY WORK FOR ONE WEEK.

These filters last about a week, a week and a half! If you are lucky you can get two weeks of it. You're going to keep wasting money and reordering them, throwing away those giant plastic filters and the packaging they come in several times a month, over and over again when you buy a Zero Water dispensing system. I must admit that within the first week or a week and a half you installed them, they will be great! They will work fine and the water will taste great and you will get 000 readings on

8 and 12 packs. No more, I don't exist and never will! I have found my zero water filters to degrade very quickly after only 20-30 days of use which they are never used to and will last me at least 3 to 4 months which has been amazing and has led me to buy zero Water really loving filter quality. and the taste of my water. I couldn't understand or comprehend why Zero Water filters fell apart so quickly on me, nor did my mom, who also had a Zero Water jug and bought her filters from me when she…

Beware of kitchen and bathroom products

I've had ZeroWater for years and love it. The price was too good to be true for this 4 replacement filter cartridge option. That should have been my first clue, but I ordered it anyway. I was a little skeptical when the 4 packs arrived in a plain brown unidentified box and not the manufacturers packaging but used the first filter which worked as expected. When it came time to replace another cartridge, I opened the next pack of filters and found that the top was not attached properly and half…

Pros
  • NSF Certified BPA Free: The only NSF certified in-line filter to reduce Lead, Chromium and PFOA/PFOS; All materials are BPA-free
Cons
  • I don't remember

This is the best filter available. Period. BUT there is a small downside. Some people report an odor after some use. This ONLY happens when it's time to change it. If these people measured their water with the ZeroWater kit, they would know. The REASON for the smell is that this filter filters EVERYTHING 100% unlike other brands. No other brand can do this BUT the downside is that it has to be changed frequently. For me I have to replace it once a month. AND IT NEVER SMELL because I measure the
