Review on 🚰 Certified BPA-Free Replacement Dispensers for ZeroWater by Rusty Smith

Okay, I like my zero value water filtration system, what I don't like is that it cheats. I bought 2 packs of filters as spares when I need to change the filter. Tonight was that night. When I opened the first sealed bag and opened the blue cap, there was water in it and the filter was wet! I asked my husband if he thought this was normal, he said open another airtight filter so we opened that one too and you know what?! it was dry! So, out of overwhelming curiosity, we tested both filters and of course. the one with water was used! The reading was returned as 002 and the dry filter as 000. This is not normal! And since I ordered it back in June, I can't do anything but write this review. I really hope this was a one off mistake and not something that happens to others.
