So fa4r I am satisfied with this Personal Air Cooler with Sharper Image. It's pretty efficient. I mean the device should be close enough to the cold and it should be noisy too. It works, but don't expect it to work or be quiet at 2ft. In my opinion, for best results, get an antique-style drink holder for your window and a neoprene wine bag cover to insulate the tumbler. The next suggestion is to tighten the strap of the bag with accessories in the chest area. I also know of mugs of this type, to stay cool I have to freeze "classic red" solo mugs that are 3/4 full with water. The solo cup size is perfect for this container. The pre-filled plastic ice cream sticks offered with this item are just a joke and not worth the money. I recommend this personal air cooler with a clearer image, but the neck air unit is better.
