When I bought this pillow I trusted the reviews and I'm glad I did. I was looking for something soft as I've never liked plush pillows. Although I wanted something that had enough support. These pillows are very soft and you are more likely to drown in them. This is great for side sleepers as it provides just enough support so your head isn't likely to sink too deep and become uncomfortable. At first I thought it was too soft but in fact the support is perfect. It took me two days to get used to it. I don't have to stack pillows with it or anything. It shrinks, and when you take it out of the plastic wrap, it expands on its own. My pillow fully expanded in three hours. I would wait a day before putting a pillowcase on it or using it just to be sure. In general I highly recommend it. I'm more picky when it comes to my pillow and bed so I'm glad this worked for me!
