I complained about these bulbs because I couldn't connect them after about a week of trying. I've never heard of the seller offering help. Other customers said it's easy with the app. It wasn't easy for me. Just before I refused to return them they connected with no problems and have been connected for about a week and they seem to be working fine. I'm not sure if it was the connection to the server or what the problem was as the app doesn't give any indication, it just doesn't work. It works now but it was the most frustrating and time consuming connection I've ever had. If you have a lot of patience or just get lucky, once connected they work very well.
