The screen protector comes on a sheet but there is no easy way to remove it from the sheet. You have to pry it off somehow, so you have to be very careful when you pull it away from the sheet or you might bend it too much and leave a crease where you tried to pull it. Luckily I'm fine. Otherwise I have no complaints. I prefer these protectors because you can move them around because the screen is wet until it fits perfectly instead of taking it off and putting it back on like tempered glass.
