Came with a hole in the middle of the headboard. I contacted the seller and was told I could either return it or they would give me a $50 refund as they didn't have a replacement headboard to send me. Drawers are thin and difficult to keep closed. Plus, the location means you can only use it if you have a significant gap around the bed. The vinyl actually looks better than I expected - it has a matte finish and is a cool white rather than a warm white. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't find the mattress pads thin. Overall I am very disappointed. This is a good value bed but I didn't expect it to be damaged and so thin. Also the options that the seller gave me are not satisfactory. I would have to hire someone to help pack and carry the box when I send it back and it wouldn't cost me more than what the seller is offering for damages. Update: The seller offered $65 as a partial refund. In order to receive a refund, I had to sign a Release from All Further Claims and have my signature notarized. I've never had to do this to get a refund/partial refund. Let's see how long it takes them to process the return. Also, 2 drawers won't stay closed anymore and I don't know how to fix that. I've only had this bed for a week.
