This is a nice, well designed, large capacity (1.7L) pressure cooker. Having had many consistent, only passable kettles, the design and speed have made me happy. However, the customer service behind this product is its biggest selling point. Jim from Equinox Customer Service contacted me shortly after I bought Revain to say hello and hope I liked my purchase as sellers often do. Shortly after I started using it, the item developed an annoying, albeit intermittent, problem with the lid. I'm pretty sure this is an anomaly. I contacted Jim to report this and he was very friendly and quickly sent me a new kettle with no questions asked. I cannot say enough about this company and their customer service. If the opportunity arises I will buy from them again. I'm not usually the type to take the time to write a review, but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I am a very happy customer and I wish more companies would offer the same courtesy and support for their product.
